95% of our orders leave production within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed and paid. For about 5%, we need a little longer. In order to process your order, the following conditions must be met: - We have received your payment (through advance payment) or you have provided us with complete and valid payment information (by credit card payment) - Product is in stock - Delivery address is complete and correct. We deliver through Deutsche Post and DHL.

Do I have to pay value-added tax on my order?
Value-added tax (VAT) is included in the displayed price for all countries inside the EU. For countries outside the EU (e.g. Norway or Switzerland), VAT is in addition to the price displayed. If the country the product is shipped to is different from the country where the invoice is sent to, then the tax rate of the “shipped-to-country” is decisive. As a commercial customer, you may be able to show the Spreadshirt invoice to local Finance Offices. Finance Offices will accept these receipts as they list Spreadshirt's sales tax number on the document. Spreadshirt does not refund value-added taxes.
Quality, brand-name products
To guarantee high product quality, Spreadshirt works exclusively with brand-name textile manufacturers.
Cancellation or changes to your order
After you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to change or cancel your order simply reply to that email or contact Customer Service at service@spreadshirt.net. Please make sure to include your order ID number in all correspondences (this number is in your confirmation email). IMPORTANT: Please inform us immediately of any modification or cancellation; since we have very short processing time, chances may be that your order has already been sent.
Shopping in multiple Spreadshops
Thousands of websites are already working in cooperation with Spreadshirt. You can now purchase articles from various Spreadshops in one session. To do so, simply place your products in the cart and instead of clicking "purchase" just type in the name of another Spreadshop. Your products remain in your cart and you are free to can add as many products from as many different shops as you want. When you are finished, just click "purchase".
Technical problems with your order
Ordering with Spreadshirt is problem-free with most browsers (e.g. Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, Opera). If you do have technical problems, please let us know as soon as possible with details including the browser you use. Please use the following form: Form: we solve your technical problem Our Service team will work on solving your problem and will be in contact with you to let you place your order as quickly as possible.
Order confirmation not received
After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is sent within minutes of our receiving your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to a technical problem or an error in your email address (e.g. typo). In this case, please contact us immediately at service@spreadshirt.net with the approximate time of the order and the shop name or URL.
